Admittedly, it was tough to narrow the list down; there are so many impressive pros in our industry to choose from. The following people caught our eye as top SDR leaders approaching sales development in exciting new ways:

Trish Bertuzzi, The Bridge Group

Author of “The Sales Development Playbook”, Trish Bertuzzi is the founder of The Bridge Group, an organization helping B2B technology companies build world-class inside sales teams. Trish serves on the Advisory Boards for many organizations including Sococo, Yesware, Inc, and Chorus.ai. She was also honored as a LinkedIn Top Sales Voice in 2018 and 2019. Prior to starting The Bridge Group, Trish served as VP of Sales for TeleSales, Inc.

Ralph Barsi, Tray.io

Ralph Barsi is the VP of Global Inside Sales at Tray.io, where he leads a team of inside sales representatives. But he doesn’t stop there. Ralph also shares his breadth of work on ralphbarsi.com, including podcast appearances, speaking engagements like Rainmaker and SaaStr, and webinar co-hosting with well-known organizations like AA-ISP. Becc Holland, Chorus.ai

Becc Holland is the Head of Sales Development for Chorus.ai. Prior, she served as Regional VP of Business Development for G2, and before that she was Senior Manager of Inside Sales for Gong.io. Becc serves as an Officer for the Silicon Valley Chapter of the AA-ISP, and she’s also a member of the Revenue Collective. Christopher Fago, Palo Alto Networks

Christopher Fago is the Technical Sales Manager for Palo Alto Networks, a leader in cybersecurity. In 2018, Christopher won InsideSales.com’s Sales Development Leader of the Year Award, for all his hard work and contributions to maximizing the success of sales professionals. Chris Orlob, Gong.io

Another Gong.io employee on our list, Chris Orlob is their Director of Sales (formerly Gong.io’s Senior Director of Product Marketing). Chris was hired as the 2nd U.S. employee at Gong, after the COO, and is responsible for the market success of products from strategy to execution. Chris studied Marketing at Utah Valley University where he served as President of Kappa Sigma Fraternity.

Katherine Andruha, eightfold.ai

As a leader in GTM Sales and Strategy for eightfold.ai, Katherine is a seasoned sales professional and serves as President for the AA-ISP Silicon Valley Chapter. Prior to eightfold.ai, Katherine was the Senior Director of Global Sales Development and Strategy for Anaplan, where she booked over $275M in pipeline within 9 months. Katherine earned her Bachelor’s Degree from San Jose State University and is currently in progress earning her Women in Leadership Certificate from Cornell University.

Brian Remington, Skedulo

Morgan Ingram is the Director of Sales Execution and Evolution for JBarrows Sales Training, focusing on helping teams do sales “right” by providing tools, techniques and foundational structure. Morgan is the Host of The SDR Chronicles video series and serves as a public speaker for various organizations, including churches, schools and more. David Dulany, Tenbound

David Dulany is the Founder & CEO of Tenbound, a company 100% focused on sales development performance improvement.
