Every year EverString looks forward to Dreamforce, Salesforce’s massive annual conference centered around all things sales, marketing as well as customer success. Dreamforce was held in San Francisco’s SoMa district at the Moscone Center for 4 days of networking, inspiring keynotes and sessions, and the opportunity to learn from some of the biggest thought leaders in not only the sales and marketing world, but also customer success, digital strategy, and even art and social issues. Dreamforce’s main goal is to give companies and attendees the chance to hear from and meet with some of the foremost leaders in these industries, and EverString was happy to be among those represented in the Expo Hall.

EverString’s theme for Dreamforce this year was What’s your prospecting pain level? It really helped start conversations with attendees about their own prospecting pain points. And, it was also exciting to explain how the EverString platform can help them “cure” those pains, such as discovering new customers and finding the right accounts. We also had some great giveaways – including doctor-themed stress relievers and mints.
The ABM Masters Party at SFMOMA
After things were winding down on the show floor on Day 1, the EverString crew headed over to SFMOMA to co-host the ABM Masters Party with our friends at Engagio. From craft cocktails to bumpin’ music to incredible works of art, the party was one-of-a-kind and definitely one of the best soirees we’ve been to during event season this year.
To keep up with the predictive theme in account-based marketing, we even had our own fortune teller at the party, which was a big hit with guests and EverStringers alike.
It’s no secret that Dreamforce parties are exciting opportunities for networking with new prospects and connecting with existing customers – and being able to do so in one of the world’s best art museums made the experience even more special.
Our Favorite Moments at Dreamforce
Throughout the rest of the week, the team continued to connect with event-goers and attended sessions to learn more about machine learning and its growing influence on sales and marketing. From the show floor to the keynotes, attendance was packed and the pace never slowed down, showing how popular and important Dreamforce is to many marketers and salespeople.

There were also a lot of sessions and keynotes to choose from with exceptional speakers from all backgrounds. Some of our favorites included Traackr CEO Kirk Crenshaw’s session “ABM, AI and Influencer Marketing: The New Revenue Stack,” and SalesLoft CEO Kyle Porter’s session about sales strategy. This year’s speakers included also included icons such as former First Lady Michelle Obama, and artists and entrepreneurs like Will.i.am, Natalie Portman and Ashton Kutcher, who shared their experiences with art, activism, and empowering women.
It was clear from the minute you walked into Dreamforce that machine learning and a new brand of customer success were clear themes. Not only was it inspiring to learn from some of the best minds in sales, but it was also exciting to see how EverString will continue to play a large role in the way sales and marketing works as these themes evolve – and we’re already ready for Dreamforce 2018. We’re also looking forward to seeing you at all of the events we will be attending next year and showing you the EverString Audience Platform that lets companies of all sizes and industries access the power of machine learning in marketing and sales.
