How To Publish Companies and Contacts with EverString

Welcome to your free trial of EverString Audience Platform! Here's a quick guide to show you how to find and publish companies and contacts.

Search Companies

  • Log into EverString Audience Platform
  • Search for similar companies by entering domain names or keywords

NOTE: You must choose from the dropdown list of options.

Narrow the List

  • Click ‘Filter Results’ above the company list
  • Choose criteria such as location, industry, employee count
  • Click ‘Apply’

Save Audience

  • Click ‘Save To Audience’ > ‘New Audience’
  • Name and save your audience

Publish Companies and Contacts to CSV

  • In Audiences view, open your new audience
  • Click ‘Publish’ > ‘CSV’ on the right side
  • In ‘Publish to CSV’ window, choose ‘Companies and Contacts’
  • Choose how many companies you want to export
  • Select how many contacts you want per company
  • Select which titles you want (choose ‘Seniority Fallback’ options if desired)
  • Click ‘Publish’ in the top right corner

Get Your CSV!

  • You’ll receive an email with a link to download your CSV
